Our mission is to help families design their dream vacation so they can have an enjoyable, carefree experience and focus on what really matters - making memories! We believe in the magic of travel and are passionate about curating experiences that are uniquely yours. We'll work together to turn your daydreams into a wonderful reality!
No two adventures are alike but here is a general overview of the process when working with us.
1.Fill out the planning request form with as much information as you can. Don't know when you want to travel or what hotel to stay in? No problem, that's what we're here for!
2.We connect so we can understand a little more about you. What makes you most excited about this trip? What are your must-have experiences and what is your goal for this adventure? We want to get to know YOU and why this trip is so special.
3.We begin researching and designing a vacation you've only dreamed about! We'll send you a proposal with a few different options and we work together to modify, change, and update the details until it is perfect for your family.
4.A deposit will be made to secure your reservation and we begin planning all the details! You'll receive the password to the client portal which is filled with guides and resources.
5.Detailed emails will be sent leading up to your trip to help make this an adventure of a lifetime! We'll be there every step of the way securing all your dining, activity, and extra reservations. We'll also be monitoring new promotions to apply to your trip if available.
6.Once all reservations are secure, you'll receive a personalized website with the itinerary and details of your adventure to be shared with your travel party.
7.On travel day, we check in to confirm you have everything you need for your stay. If there are any issues that pop up, we're only a call or text away!
8.Depending on what adventure you are enjoying, we may be in contact throughout your stay to make additional reservations or updates to your itinerary.
9.Enjoy a stress-free vacation and make magical memories! We love following along on adventures so if you are comfortable, we'd love to be tagged in your social media posts.
10.Once you return home, and those post vacation blues set in, we start the process all over again!
